摘    要:为了研究外加纵向磁场对TIG焊焊接电弧形态的影响并分析电弧形态的变化机理,在常规的TIG焊焊接过程中施加纵向磁场,利用高速摄像机对焊接电弧形态进行拍摄和记录.实验结果表明,当无磁场作用时,弧柱呈锥形且未发生旋转运动.在外加磁场作用下,弧柱呈收缩状态且沿顺时针旋转.当焊接参数不变时,随着磁场强度的增加,弧柱的收缩程度随之增加.根据磁场的理论公式,可推导出在外加纵向磁场作用下,电弧的旋转半径与磁感应强度成反比.

Abstract:In order to study the influence of applied longitudinal magnetic field on the welding arc profile of TIG welding and to analyze the change mechanism of arc profile, the longitudinal magnetic field was applied in the conventional TIG welding process, and the arc profile was shot and recorded with high speed camera. The experimental results show that without the action of magnetic field, the arc column shows the cone shape and the rotation motion does not occur. Under the action of applied magnetic field, the arc column shows the contraction state and rotates in the clockwise direction. When the welding parameters remain unchanged, the contraction degree of arc column increases with increasing the magnetic field strength. According to the theoretical formula of magnetic field, it can be derived that under the action of applied longitudinal magnetic field, the rotation radius of arc is inversely proportional to the magnetic induction.
