| 摘 要： | 本采用献资料法、比较法、专家咨询及结合本人十余年的高校排球教学经验，对我国普通高校排球教学技巧进行探讨，认为普通高校排球教学应适当降低网高，并应结合普通高校学生实际，改革排球战术教学手段与方法，为排球在高校的进一步普及与发展打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | With literature, expert consultation, comparison and my over-ten-year volleyball teaching experience in college, this article tries to explore more techniques in volleyball teaching. It's thought that the height of the volleyball net should be lowered appropriately. Considering the real condition of the college students, we should reform some volleyball teaching methods so as so make a firm basis for its further popularity and development in college. |
