| 摘 要： | 本文通过全面介绍目前全国广播电视覆盖网的情况，明确指出了目前我国覆盖网应有的主体。并根据我国广播电视发展的实际情况，提出了修改覆盖网的技术政策建议。还具体提出了关于如何加强中央台广播电视节目覆盖的意见。

| Abstract: | This paper through an introduction of modern Chinese radio and TV Coverage situation, points out the main bodies the modern chinese coverage network should be with. And also according to the actual development of chinese radio and TV broadcasting, points out some amendments to technical policy of coverage network, expecially makes some suggestions about how to strengthen the coverage of central stations. |
