| 摘 要： | 城市的现代化必须有与之相适应的现代化城市水利。从城市水利的内涵，分析了盘锦市目前城市水利存在的问题，并就防洪及排涝、水环境整治、计划用水、水管理体制等几个方面采取相应的对策措施，加快城市水利现代化进程，使之与城市现代化紧密结合，为城市经济的可持续发展提供现代水利支撑。 |

| Abstract: | A modernization city must have modernizaton urban water conservancy projiect adapt it. This article take a analysis of the problem of urban water conservancy projiect of Panjin City at present from the connotation of urban water conservancy projiect. It give some countermeasures in flood control and drainage,water environment remediation,water use plan and water control system. It accelerate the process of a modern urban water conservancy project, and make the process combined the morden city , and provide support for city economic＇ s sustainable development. |
