微波平面双Y结环行器的CAD

摘    要:用本征值理论建立了对圆形Y结具有普遍意义的双Y结带线环行器的数学模型;运用内点法和改进的POWELL方法对有约束条件下双Y结的几何参数进行优化;把平面结和外匹配网络结合在一起进行频率特性分析;完成的CAD/CAA软件集双Y结的设计、宽带优化和性能分析于一体。一个工作在C波段的倍频程双Y结带线环行器得到了实验验证;在4.5 ̄8.0GHz范围内:插入损耗〈1.0dB(4.75 ̄7.75GHz时低于0.

Abstract:This paper presents mathematical model of dual Y junction stripline circulator fitting for universal WYE junction disk resonator by eigenvalue theorm. Geometry parameters of dual Y junction subjected to stated situations were optimized using inner point solutions method integrated by improved POWELL means. The frequency behaviors of the planar resonator matched with transformers are analyzed. The developed CAD/CAA software can be used easily to design, optimize and analyze octave planar WYE junction or dual Y junction stripline circulators.
