摘 要: | 以玩具汽车外壳注射模设计为例,利用MoldFlow软件进行模流分析。并运用Pro/E对复杂型面进行三维建模。通过方案比较,得到优化合理的模具结构,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计质量。

Abstract: | Taking injection mold design of the toy car shell as an example,analyzed mold flowu sing MoldFlow software.Using of Pro/E on the 3-dimensional modeling of complex surfaces.T hrough comparing with the program,gained a reasonable mold structure,shorted the designc ycle and improve design quality. |
