EVA/PU乳液共混体系研究

摘    要:研究不同比例乙烯 -醋酸乙烯共聚物 (EVA)乳液与聚氨酯 (PU)乳液共混体系稳定性、流变性及表观粘度与 p H值关系 ,以示差热量扫描量热计 (DSC)表征共混体系相容性。共混体系对 A1、聚丙烯、纸等基材粘接强度都较 EVA乳液有明显增强。交联温度对共混乳液粘接强度影响亦被研究。 EVA乳液与 PU乳液配比为 80 /2 0时共混体系综合性能最好

Abstract:The properties of the blend system composed in differetproportions of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) emulsion and polyurethane(PU) emulsion are studied,such as stabilities,rheology and the relationship between the apparent viscity and PH.The miscibility of blend system is charactered by Differentical Scanning Calorimetry(DSC).The bonding strength of the blend system against Al、polypropylene、paper and other materials is obviously better than that of EVA emulsion.The effect of the crosslinking temperature on the bonding strength is studied.When the proportion of EVA and PU is 80 against 20,the composite properties of blend system is the best.
