摘    要:伊敏电厂前苏制1号500MW超临界汽轮机组在试运期间,1号汽动给水泵的小汽轮机4号轴承出现剧烈振动。经过对多次试验所测得的数据进行分析,确认1号小汽轮机发生了油膜振荡。采取了相应处理措施,保证了小汽轮机正常运行。

Abstract:During the trial operation of No.1 500 MW supercritical turbine power generators produced by former Soviet Union at Yimin Power Plant, No.4 bush of the driving turbine in No.1 steam operated water pump vibrated severely, and it was confirmed through the analysis of data gathered through several tests that oil film oscillation occurred in No.1 driving turbine, and an appropriate action was therefore taken to ensure the normal operation of the driving turbine.
