摘    要:提出了一种基于混沌免疫算法的偏曲轴少齿差行星齿轮优化方法.以机构的体积和啮合角最小为双优化目标,体现全局优化特点,使设计参数更为合理适用.利用免疫记忆、免疫细胞超变异、免疫调节等机制,记忆库种群混沌搜索等策略,使算法在收敛速度和寻优能力上有较大提高.仿真结果显示它既能减小结构的尺才,又能提高机构的运动性能.

Abstract:A method based on chaos immune algorithm was proposed to solve slant-bent-axle few-tooth-deference planetary gear transmission optimization. By taking mechanism volume and meshing angle as twin optimizing objective, it embodimented overall situation optimization and made the prameter more rational and suit. Making use of mechanism of immune memmory and immune regulation and immune cells surpass mutation, and combineing with memmmory store chaos search, it has high convergence speed and large probalility of getting the best solution. The simulation showed it reduced configuration dimension and advanced mechanism performance.
