摘    要:论述了小水电优化调度决策支持系统的研究意义,及其结构、功能、关键技术和开发工具;提出了小水电调度的径流预报和优化调度问题及其求解方法;研究了具有先进可靠、实用通用、界面友好、可扩性强等特点的原型系统,可为小水电科学地调度决策提供参考,可用于各类小型水电站.

Abstract:Decision support system for the small hydropower optimal scheduling is introduced.The research significance,structural function,key techniques,and development tools of the system are discussed.The key problems such as runoff forecast and optimal scheduling and their countermeasures in the system design are presented.Moreover,advanced,reliable,practicable,and compatible real software with friendly interface and high extensibility was researched.The system could provide references for optimal scheduling decision-making,and be suitable for small hydropower stations.
