CPDF在委内瑞拉CARACOLES油田的钻井液服务技术

摘    要:委内瑞拉CARACOLES油田的钻井液技术服务,由中国石油钻井液有限责任公司(CPDF)在2000年5月30日中标。在此之前该油田的钻井液技术服务由BAKER HUGHES INTEQ公司和BABOID DRILLING FLUID公司提供。因上部泥岩地层造浆严重;下部煤层易坍塌,砂岩地层渗透性强,易缩径。钻井过程中,造成煤层和页岩地层坍塌、起钻遇卡、下钻遇阻、固井质量差等复杂情况。CPDF在服务过程中根据地层特点,一开采用膨润土钻井液;二开使用分散钻井液体系;下部井段使用生物聚合物钻井液体系。应用表明,该套钻井液体系有很强的抑制性和稳定性,携砂能力强,配合使用超细碳酸钙和Fiber LCM保护油气层酸溶性纤维封 堵剂,提高了下部大段煤层的稳定性和页岩裂缝封堵能力,用中国产的钻井液材料解决了委内瑞拉CARACOLES油田钻井过程中出现的井塌、缩径、井漏等复杂问题,提高了固井质量。

Abstract:On May 30th. 2000, CPDF took charge of drilling fluid technology service in CARACOLES Oilfield of Venezuela. For severe mud-making of upper shale formation and easy sloughing of coal-bed and under-gauge of sand formation, complex downhole problems often occur. CPDF uses ligosulfonate mud in upper formation, and uses biopolymer mud in lower formation. Applications show this fluid system exhibits strong inhibition and stabilization and possesses strong sand-carrying ability. Used together with ultra-fine Calcium Carbonate and Fiber LCM (a acid-soluble fiber plugging agent for formation protection), this fluid increases the stability of long coal-bed in lower formation and fissure-plugging ability for shale formation. CPDF solved downhole problems such as well sloughing, undergauge, lost circulation in CARACOLES Oilfield with mud materials from China.
