摘    要:以季戊四醇为支化剂,并与硝酸铈铵组成氧化还原引发体系,在水溶液中引发丙烯酰胺(AM)和季铵型阳离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)进行自由基共聚,合成了星形结构的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(S-CPAM)。研究了引发剂用量、反应体系单体浓度、阳离子单体比例、聚合反应温度及反应时间等对共聚反应的影响,得出了合成S-CPAM的最佳工艺条件,并通过红外光谱对其分子结构进行了表征。

Abstract:Star-shaped cationic polyacrylamide (S-CPAM) was synthesized via free-radical solution polymerization based on acrylamide (AM) and methacryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC).The co-polymerization of AM and DMC was conducted by using pentaerythritol (PETL) as the core molecule and ceric ammonium nitrate (Ce4+) as the initiator.The effects of initiator dosage,monomer concentration,molar ratio of DMC to AM,polymerization temperature,and reaction time on polymerization were studied,and the optimum process conditions for S-CPAM were obtained.The structures of the resulting products were characterized by FT-IR,and intrinsic viscosity measurement.
