高碱度烧结矿的三维矿相特性分析

摘    要:烧结矿的显微结构较为复杂,二维平面图形难以全面表现其矿相特点,为了更直观、准确地反映烧结矿的矿相组成,深入分析烧结矿的微观结构特征,采用序列切片-三维重建法对烧结矿的显微结构进行了三维分析.研究表明,高碱度烧结矿中,铁酸钙多以针状和柱状形态存在,且在烧结矿内部多呈连通状态;针状或柱状铁酸钙中间交织着柱状或粒状的硅酸盐以及少量的玻璃相,局部区域分布有一定量的磁铁矿,呈互联状,磁铁矿主要以粒状他形晶存在,多与铁酸钙呈交织熔蚀结构;烧结矿中气孔大小不一,分布不均匀,形态不规则,多以连通气孔存在,也有部分闭气孔孤立存在于烧结矿内部,体积相对较小.

Abstract:The microstructure of sinter is too complicated to display its three-dimensional morphology by using 2D cross-section image. In order to reveal the phase composition of sinter more directly and accurately, and analyze the microstructure characteristics of sinter in depth, the three-dimensional microstructure of sinter was reconstructed by using serial sectioning and 3D reconstruction techniques. The researches show that calcium ferrite present acicular or columnar shape in the high basicity sinter ore sample, meanwhile, they are connected with each other inside the sinter. Columnar or granular silicate and a small amount of glass are woven in the center of acicular or columnar calcium ferrite. There is a certain amount of magnetite in local region, and presents granular anhedron, and it is interweaved calcium ferrite with corrosion structure. The pores in the sinter have different sizes, uneven distribution and irregular shapes. Most of pores connect with each other, and only a few pores are closed, which are isolated and small in sinter.
