松木焦与无烟煤混燃特性及反应动力学

摘    要:利用非等温热重法研究了松木焦、高炉喷吹用无烟煤及不同比例松木焦和煤粉混合试样的燃烧特性,对不同比例松木焦混合试样着火温度、燃尽温度和综合燃烧特性指数等燃烧特征参数进行了研究.并利用Coats-Redfern模型对混料主要燃烧过程进行动力学特性研究和燃烧限制性环节分析.结果表明,松木焦的加入对无烟煤的燃烧产生明显的促进作用.混料的燃烧过程主要分为2个阶段,分别为挥发分析出燃烧和焦燃烧阶段.当松木焦的质量分数由30%增至80%时,混料主要燃烧过程的2个阶段平均表观活化能分别由50.77 kJ/mol降至47.27 kJ/mol和74.45 kJ/mol降至23.30 kJ/mol.这2个阶段分别为一级化学反应控制和扩散动力学控制.

Abstract:Non-isothermal thermogravimetry method was used to study the combustion characteristics of pine char,anthracite and their blends.The combustion characteristics such as ignition temperature,burnout temperature and the combustible index of the blends samples were discussed.Kinetics characteristics and controlling mechanism during the main combustion process were analyzed by Coats-Redfern model.The results show that the presence of the pine char has significant effect on the combustion characteristic of the anthracite.The combustion process of the blends is mainly divided into two stages,which are volatile combustion and char combustion.When the pine char contents increase from 30 % to 80 %,the values of apparent activation energy at two individual stages de crease from 50.77 kJ/mol to 42.27 kJ/mol and from 74.45 kJ/mol to 23.30 kJ/mol,respectively.First order chemical reaction and diffuse controlling mechanism are the main reaction mechanisms for the two individual stages.
