微合金钢连铸坯横裂纹研究现状

摘    要:表面横裂纹一直困扰着连铸坯质量,由于其影响因素众多,迄今为止并没有得到很好的解决。国内外研究均围绕着连铸过程中横裂纹发生的2个主要特征(温度特征、组织特征)来寻求解决横裂纹问题的思路。首先概述了影响表面横裂纹发生的内因和外因,然后归纳了国内外铸坯横裂纹的控制措施,最后提出了在未来铸坯横裂纹研究中值得进一步深入探讨的问题和方向。

Abstract:The quality of micro-alloyed steel slab in continuous casting has always been plagued by surface transver-sal crack.Because of its many influential factors,so far,it has not been solved very well.Based on the two main features of the transversal crack in the continuous casting process (temperature feature,microstructure feature), researches at home and abroad were taken to find the way to solve the problem of transversal crack.Firstly,the internal and external factors affecting the occurrence of transversal crack were summarized.Then,the control measures of transversal crack at home and abroad were summarized.Finally,some issues on the slab transversal crack research were also pointed out for further research.
