高频焊接油管试制及其性能影响因素分析

摘    要:采用2种J55级钢带(A钢带:高含量碳锰;B钢带:低含量碳锰)对高频焊接(HFW)油管进行了试制,并通过光学显微镜、力学分析等方法研究了钢带的成分和性能对最终管体性能的影响。研究结果表明,钢带中高含量C和 Mn元素使 A钢带屈服强度升高,制管过程中由于加工硬化的影响,进一步增加了钢管的力学性能,因此由A钢带试制的 HFW油管(A钢管)屈服强度超标,同时高含量C、Mn元素导致焊缝质量降低。采用适当降低C、Mn等强化元素的钢带试制的 HFW油管质量良好,性能完全符合 API SPEC 5CT规范要求。

Abstract:Two steel strips of J55 grade,strip A with high C and Mn contents,and strip B with low C and Mn con-tents,were used to trial produce high frequency welding (HFW)tubing,and the effects of chemical compositions and original properties of steel strips on the final mechanical properties of tubing were studied by optical microsco-py and mechanical analysis etc.The results showed that the yield strength of tubing A,which was made by strip A,was obviously higher than that of tubing B made by strip B,and the mechanical properties of tubing A were further enhanced due to the work hardening effect in manufacturing.Therefore,the yield strength of tubing A was excessive;meanwhile,the high contents of C and Mn reduced the quality of weld seam.However,the HFW tub-ing,whose properties could completely meet the requirement of API SPEC 5CT standard,could be successfully produced with high quality of weld steam by reducing the contents of C and Mn properly.
