气刀工艺对锌层厚度影响的数值模拟

摘    要:结合首钢京唐冷轧厂热镀锌线气刀的特点,运用 Fluent 软件对气刀吹锌过程气体流动情况进行数值模拟研究,对气体压力、射程、刀唇开口度以及气刀倾角等工艺参数对锌层厚度的影响规律进行分析,并将数值模拟的各个影响因素对带钢表面所受气压规律回归成数学模型,便于对各影响因素进行定量分析,为现场工艺生产进行锌层厚度精确控制提供理论依据。

Abstract:Considering the feature of air knife in Shougang Jingtang cold rolling lines,the CFD software Fluent was used to simulate the process of blowing zinc with the air knife.The effects of the pressure,range,lip and angle on thickness of zinc layer were analyzed,and the effect of the parameters on the pressure of the strip surface was re-gressed by mathematical model which could guide the quantitative analysis and provide theoretical basis for accu-rate control of thickness of zinc layer.
