摘    要:通过小块扇形永磁体堆积的方式构建了Halbach型螺旋磁场并分析了磁场分布,采用超声波多普勒测速仪(UDV)定量测量了螺旋磁场驱动下GaInSn金属液在圆柱形容器内轴向速度的分布.结果表明:圆柱容器内金属液的轴向流动表现出二次流和轴向环流2种典型的流动模式,且两者之间存在相互转变关系,这种转变实质上是螺旋磁场的旋转分量和行波分量相互竞争的结果.

Abstract:Halbach helical permanent magnetic field was constructed by accumulating a series of small permanent magnets. And the magnetic field distribution was analyzed. The axial velocity distribution of liquid GaInSn alloy was quantitatively measured using ultrasonic doppler velocimetry (UDV). The experimental results show that there are two typical flow patterns, secondary and global axial flow, and there exist a transition zone between the two flow patterns. This transition substantially results from the competition of rotating and traveling components of the helical magnetic field.
