摘    要:首先对澳洲褐铁矿及其他烧结常用铁矿粉的基础特性进行了研究,探讨了褐铁矿高效使用原则和方案,并通过烧结杯实验进行了验证.实验结果表明:褐铁矿具有含铁品位低、烧损含量高、SiO2含量高、粒度粗、黏附粉少、气孔率高、吸水量大、吸水速度快、制粒性差、同化性高、液相流动性小、黏结相强度低、铁酸钙生成能力强等特点,通过基于基础特性互补的烧结优化配矿、增加生石灰配加量、分割制粒等技术措施,褐铁矿使用比例能够达到50%(质量分数),为烧结高效使用褐铁矿技术提供理论基础和技术依据.

Abstract:The basic properties of limonite and other iron ores were measured firstly, then the principles and programs of high effective utilization of limonite were discussed, and the sintering pot test was conducted. The results show that limonite possesses low Fe content, high loss of ignate content, high SiO2 content, large average particle size, less adherent powder, high porosity, high water absorption, poor granulation property, high assimilation ability, poor liquid phase fluidity, low strength of bonding phase, and good forming ability of Silicon Ferrite of Calcium and Aluminium (SFCA). The use ratio of limonite can reach 50% and the theoretical and technical basis for high effective utilization of limonite in sintering are provided by taking the technical measures of ore-proportioning optimization and increasing the ratio of quicklime, splitting granulation.
