抽屉导轨中滑轨辊弯成形工艺及CAE分析

摘    要:为了获得抽屉导轨辊弯成形合理的工艺参数,针对某一产品的中滑轨,利用理论计算和计算机有限元模拟相结合的方法,进行了分析与计算。结果表明,辊弯成形时需要10道次完成,导轨底部与竖边(S型)的交接处在不同道次上的辊弯角iθ在23°~118°之间。将模拟所得到结果应用到生产实际,可保证辊弯成形的精度要求。

Abstract:In order to obtain some suitable process parameters of a drawer rail in roll forming, the analysis and calculations for the middle slide component of a product were completed using the method of combining theoretical calculation with finite element method simulation. The results indicate that 10 forming passes are needed for roll forming. The roll forming angles (θi) between bottom navigation and S vertical wall in different forming passes are 23°~118°. Applying simulation results to production practice, forming pass precision can meet the requirements of the roll forming.
