| 摘 要： | 冷凝式燃气热水器作为高效的燃气燃烧设备，具有较大的节能潜力，但由于目前国内天然气价格各地差异较大，其在不同地区使用后的经济效益差别也较大。为此，介绍了冷凝式热水器的国内外发展情况，阐述了目前冷凝式热水器所采用的换热器结构形式和原理，提出了防腐的技术对策，并结合目前国内较为典型的城市天然气价格及冷凝式热水器的销售价格，采用净现值法对其进行了节能效益分析，指出在目前民用天然气价格条件下，冷凝式热水器与常规热水器相比，前者节能效果显著，尤其在天然气价格较高地区，冷凝式燃气热水器效率越高、容量越大，其节能效益就越显著。
