| Abstract: | A new career,the assessment of auto insurance has just started to emerge and develop in China,but it is promising.The current situation of assessments of auto insurance is expounded.The problems in the recruiting system of assessors are analyzed.Moreover,some suggestions are put forward for the recruiting and nurturing system of auto insurance assessors. |
