摘 要: | 介绍了HSM3—315塑壳断路器是从HSM1—250塑壳断路器升容至315A的改进设计。分析了影响断路器配电功能和保护功能的主要因素。通过对动、静触头和电磁系统等元件改进设计,使温升降低和保护特性稳定,通过对改进后的断路器进行验证,从而实现了HSM1—250塑壳断路器从250A到315A的升容。

Abstract: | Introduction was made to HSM3-315 moulded case circuit-breakers which were an improvement design from HSM1-250 moulded case circuit-breakers by capacity rise. Analysis was made to the main factors which affected power distribution and protection functions of circuit-breakers. By an improvement in dynamic and static contacts and electromagnetic system, the temperature rise was lowered and the protection features were maintained. Via verification for the improved circuit-breakers, HSM1-250 moulded case circuit-breakers capacity rise from 250 A to 315 A has been realized. |
