隔热管爆裂机理的研究

摘    要:对油田开采稠油时,热注蒸汽的隔热管爆裂问题进行了研究,通过时隔热管断口形貌、材料成分及显微组织的分析指出:隔热管爆裂发生在抽气孔焊接缺陷处,裂纹在管中之所以会迅速扩展是由于粒状贝氏体,上贝氏体及魏氏组织等造成材料的低温脆性较高所至。同时提出了防止隔热管爆裂的一些具体措施.

Abstract:It has been investigated in the paper for the problem about the brittle cracking of theheat-insulated tubing to occur when the thermal recovory of heavy oil with the steam injec-tion is made. Based on the analysis of the fracture morphology,material composition andmicrostructure of the heat-insulated tubing.It is considered that the crack nucleus originatefrom the weld defect of the bore hole, The rate of crack propagation is very great in the tub-ing because of higher brittleness of granular bainite, upper bainite and widoanstatten structureat low temperature. some measures preventing heat-insullated tubing from brittle crackingare also proposed in the paper.
