The application of EBSP in the research of deformation microstructure of metals |

| Abstract: | The basic principle and application of EBSP in the research of deformed microstructure are illustrated in this paper. The results suggest that EBSP can be applied in the research of deformation microstructure and crystallography of metals to substitute for TEM. |
