| 摘 要： | 采用挤压法试验生产ＺＡ１２锌铝合金轧套，制品表面光洁、无裂纹、显微组织和机械性能均优于铸件，耐磨性能优于ＺＱＳｎ６－６－３；与铸造法相比可节约材料费用５４％。

| Abstract: | The sleeve,which is produced by extruding and is made from ZA12 Zn-Al alloy,has high surface finish and no crack on its surface.The microstructure and machining properties of this sleeve are better than casting sleeve and its resistance to wear is better than ZQSn6 6 3 material.This sleeve produced by extruding can save of 54% of material cost compared with that sleeve produced by casting. |
