平地机自动找平电液控制系统的设计

摘    要:为提高平地机的作业效率和精度,提出一种平地机自动找平电液控制系统,给出系统工作原理、总体结构、软硬件设计以及铲刀液压系统设计。使用该系统可使平地机按照预设基准,自动调节铲刀位置,获得理想的施工质量。自动找平系统具有精度高、操作简单直观、效率高等优点。采用电液控制系统使整个系统的结构更加紧凑合理,同时也提高了系统及功能的扩展性。

Abstract:In order to improve the work efficiency and precision, an automatic leveling electro-hydraulic control system of the grade is presented. The system work principle, the overall structure, the software and hardware design, the shovel hydraulic system design are given. The system regulates the lifting of blade automatically according to the presupposed reference to obtain perfect construction quality the grader with automatic leveling system has the advantages of high accuracy, simple and intuitionistic operation, and high efficiency, and so on. The electro-hydraulic control technology is used to make the system structure more compact and reasonable, and improve the system and function expandability.
