基于FLUENT双拉成膜设备热载荷温度场分布数值模拟分析与结构优化

摘    要:BOPET薄膜同步双向拉伸过程中,提出薄膜双向拉伸温度分段控制思想并完成了加热系统结构设计。对加热结构进行模型简化和离散化处理,建立了双拉成膜设备腔室内热空气流动与温度场数学模型,运用流体分析软件(FLUENT)模拟腔室内热空气温度场和速度场。在特定边界条件下对复合场进行分析,以分析结果为理论依据对加热结构进行优化设计,获得温度分布均匀的薄膜双向拉伸温度场。

Abstract:In the process of synchronous tensiling of BOPET, this film biaxial stretching temperature subsection control is proposed,and the structure of the heating system design is finished. On this basis, the model of the heating structure is simplified and discretized, hot air flow and temperature field mathematical model of double pull film equipment chamber are established. The fluid analysis software(FLUENT) is used to simulate chamber hot air temperature field and velocity field. Under the specific boundary conditions, the composite field are analyzed, the analysis result is taken as the theoretical basis to optimize the heating structure. Finally, uniform temperature distribution in the film biaxial stretching temperature field is obtained.
