摘    要:通过在碱性铁粉焊条药皮中添加不同含量的纳米CeO2粉体,对焊缝进行显微组织及力学性能的分析测试,探讨纳米CeO2粉体对铁粉焊条焊缝组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在铁粉焊条药皮中加入适量的纳米CeO2粉体,可使焊缝金属显微组织得到细化,针状铁素体数量增多,焊接接头的力学性能得到提高。

Abstract:Different amount of nanometer CeO2 powder was added into the alkaline coating of iron powder electrode. The microstructure and mechanical properties were analysed and measured. The effects of nanometer CeO2 powder on the microstructure and properties of welded joint were studied. The experiment results indicated that the addition of appropriate amount of nanometer rare CeO2 powder into the coating of electrode could refine microstructure,increase ratio of acicular ferrite in the microstructure, and enhance ...
