徐州市既有采暖住宅节能改造技术研究

针对徐州地区既有采暖住宅建筑能耗较大问题,对该地区气候特征、现有围护结构热工性能进行了测试分析和研究,探讨了徐州市既有采暖住宅建筑节能改造技术措施。研究结果表明,围护结构改造节能率及采暖系统改造节能率均达到国家规定标准,为该地区既有采暖住宅节能改造提供了重要依据。

Research on the Energy-saving and Heating Reconstruction Technology of the Dwellings in Xuzhou

In order to solve the problem of the energy-wasting in Xuzhou,where there is a sharp contrast in seasonal temperatures,the authors made an analysis and research on the regional climate characteristics and the heating functions of the already existing enclosure structures,then the technical measures were provided.Research shows that the energy-saving rates meet the national standard,which lays an important foundation for the energy-saving reconstruction technology.
