注射模模架的自动化设计技术研究

摘    要:基于CADCEUS软件开发环境下,将注射模模架设计知识以独立的模块嵌入到软件中,对模架品种进行编码,实现了软件的局部智能化设计;将设计中需要的数据知识独立存储,与软件自身分离,便于设计知识的更新扩充。这一功能模块的实现,提高了模架设计效率。

Abstract:Basing on developed software CADCEUS, by applying injection mold base design knowledge, individual mold can be inserted into the software to code the mold base varieties, partially intelligentized design of the software is realized. Furthermore, the data needed in design are stored individually, and keep away from the software itself, which bring convenient to update and extend the design knowledge. As the result, the realization of this functional module will improves the design efficiency of the mold base.
