纳米TiO2在抗菌解内毒素塑料中的应用

摘    要:探讨了纳米TiO2/HIPS复合材料的抗菌、分解内毒素、除异味、力学性能、老化性能和卫生指标。与普通抗菌剂比,纳米TiO2独具分解内毒素及除异味功效,且安全性高,属实际无毒;在光催化下,复合材料的抗菌、分解内毒素及除异味率可达90%以上;纳米含量1%时,对复合材料力学性能基本无影响,但可提高耐老化性,展示了良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The anti-bacterium ratio,endotoxin decomposition effect,peculiar odour decomposition effect,mechanical properties,aging properties and sanitation guideline of nano-TiO_2/ HIPS composite were discussed in this work.Compared to ordinary anti-bacterium product,nano-TiO_2 had the particular virtue of decomposition of endotoxin and peculiar odour.Under photocatalysis,the anti-bacterium ratio, endotoxin decomposition effect and peculiar odour effect of composite could overall exceed 90%.The existence of nano-TiO_2 had almost no influence on the mechanical properties of composite,while could improve the light ageing property obviously.The favorable application trend of the new functional composite was also predicted in this work.
