Abstract: | Thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)is a kind of special polymer materials that combines the easily processing properties of thermoplastic resin and the high elastic property and stretchability of rubber.Adding graphene(Ge)to TPV to prepare multifunctional dielectric elastomers or high-performance dielectric material composites has great potential in the application of automotive interior and exterior components,temperature resistance-strain sensors,and gas barrier materials.In this research,Ge/polypropylene(PP)masterbatch were prepared by melt blending,and then Ge/TPV composites were prepared by dynamic vulcanization with butyl rubber.The phase structure,thermo-electric properties and mechanical properties of Ge/TPV composites were studied. |
