摘    要:在已有试验基础上,进行了基于内聚力模型的密肋复合墙板静力加载全过程有限元分析,研究了密肋复合墙板结构在粮食侧压力作用下的受力机理.结果表明:黏结界面开裂后,基于内聚力模型的密肋复合墙板在协同受力作用下表现出"拱"破坏形式;黏结界面损伤主要分布在跨中板底及板顶与边肋梁、柱接触区域,损伤及位移模拟结果与试验结果一致;基于内...

Abstract:On the basis of the existing tests,the finite element analysis of the whole process of static loading of multi-ribbed composite wall was carried out based on the cohesion model,and the mechanical mechanism and the finite element calculation method of multi-ribbed composite wall structure under the lateral pressure of grain were studied.The results show that after the interface cracks,the ribbed composite wall based on cohesion model shows“arch”failure mode under the synergistic force.The damage of the bond interface is mainly distributed in the area between the bottom and top of the mid-span plate with the side rib-beam and rib-column.Based on the cohesive model,the multi-ribbed composite wall has similar failure characteristics of yield line to the rectangular two-way plate,which verifies the rationality of the cohesive model,and provides a reference for the calculation and analysis of the multi-ribbed composite wall board structure in storehouse.
