Abstract:In this paper,hydrophilic coumoxystrobin molecularly imprinted microspheres(HMIMs)were prepared by precipitation polymerization using coumoxystrobin as template and hydroxypropyl methacrylate(HPMA)as hydrophilic functional monomer.The hydrophilic HMIMs and HNIMs were characterized by UV spectrophotometer,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and laser particle size analyzer.The particle size,monodispersity and morphology were analyzed.The adsorption properties of HMIMs for coumoxystrobin in aqueous media were studied by kinetic adsorption,equilibrium adsorption and selective adsorption.The results showed that the molar ratio of template molecule,functional monomer and crosslinker to form stable complex was 1∶6∶30.There was a binding site in HMIMs with good shape,close particle size and monodispersity.The pseudo second order model showed that the adsorption process of coumoxystrobin with HMIMs belonged to chemical adsorption.In the adsorption isotherm experiment,the Langmuir theoretical maximum adsorption capacity of HMIMs was 53.35 mg/g(318 K),41.69 mg/g(298 K)and 39.42 mg/g(278 K),respectively,indicating that when the temperature was 318 K,the adsorption efficiency was the highest.The adsorption capacity of HMIMs for butyricide in aqueous medium was higher than that of HNIMs,indicating that HMIMs had better hydrophilicity than HNIMs.Langmuir adsorption isotherm indicated that the adsorption of coumoxystrobin by HMIMs belonged to single molecular layer adsorption.Selective adsorption indicated that HMIMs had high specificity for coumoxystrobin.The recoveries of environmental water samples were 85.85%~87.96%.
