| Abstract: | The preparation of metal nanoparticles composites by Cu, Ag ions sequential implantation is studied. The formation of Cu, Ag nanoparticles has been evidenced by grazing incidence X-ray diffraction, extended x-ray absorption fine structure and transmission electron microscopy. With the increase of Ag ion implantation dose, the size and density of Ag nanoparticles increase significantly. |
