| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的背景下,高等院校肩负研究、传承和引领和谐文化建设的重任.本文从和谐文化建设出发,阐述了高校管理理念、模式、制度、教学体制和教学方法等方面的创新.围绕和谐校园主题,树立和谐管理理念,建立和谐校园内部结构,营造和谐的管理环境,实现由刚性管理向柔性管理的转变.
