摘    要:原有废纸造纸废水处理工艺为沉淀池加气浮池,实际运行表明,仅用简单物理化学方法不能够满足水质的循环使用.为了实现废水零排放,运用折流式厌氧反应器(anaerobic baffled reactor)对废水处理系统进行了改造.改造后的废水处理系统CODcr的祛除量达到3 221 mg/L,BOD的祛除率达到95%左右,有效地减少了废水中的有机污染物,软化了水质,使循环水质达到回用标准,给企业带来了675万元/a的效益.

Abstract:The practice witnessed that the ordinary physical and chemical treatment approaches of sedimentation tank and floatation tank can not meet the requirements of circulation use of regenerated papermaking wastewater.In order to realize the effluent zero,anaerobic baffled reactor is suggested to be applied in the reconstruction of wastewater treatment system.Such reconstruction effectively decreases the organic pollution in the wastewater and softens the water quality to the reuse standards of circulated water with the removal amount of CODcr reaching 3 221 mg/L and removal rate of BOD up to about 95%.Ultim-ately,Annual benefits of 6.75 million yuan(RMB) will be enjoyed by the enterprise.
