| 摘 要： | 在介绍了Partnering模式的基本概念和核心理念的基础上,针对目前工程项目中普遍存在的投标主体之间、各施工单位之间、供应商与承包商之间等各方矛盾关系,探讨了Partnering模式如何能在实践中构建多方和谐合作关系的有效机制,以适应在我国的应用发展。
