| 摘 要： | 党的十七大提出了建构终身教育体系,形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会的目标,为了全面落实宁波市社区教育发展的战略部署,本文在对宁波社区成人教育现状进行调研分析的基础上,在充分肯定宁波社区成人教育取得巨大成绩的同时,深入分析了当前社区成人教育在体制、模式、方法以及效果等方面存在的不足,并从发挥政府推动社区成人教育组织与协调的作用出发,探索了宁波社区成人教育的对策和具体策略。

| Abstract: | The 17th National Congress of the CPC put forward the aim of constructing a lifelong education sys- tem and establishing a learning society typical of universal learning and lifelong learning. In order to imple- ment the developmental plan of Ningbo＇s community education, this paper analyzes the present situation of the community adult education in Ningbo and analyzes the problems in the system, mode, method and effect of such education and proposes ways and means to promote the education in Ningbo. |
