摇枕平稳充型浇注系统设计与铸造工艺的计算机模拟

摘    要:基于无气隙平稳充型浇注系统的设计原理,设计了摇枕铸件的浇注系统并进行了充型和凝固过程的计算机模拟.比较原工艺和新工艺充型模拟结果,发现新工艺浇注时没有产生卷气、湍流、飞溅等缺陷;温度场和固相分数的模拟结果表明,铸件没有产生热节和缩孔缺陷,表明了新工艺的可行性.

Abstract:Based on the principle of smooth filling casting system without gas gap,the casting system of bolster is designed.The filling and solidification process is also simulated.Comparison of the filling simulation results,it is found that there are no gas entrapment,turbulent flow and sputtering during the new casting process.According to the simulated temperature fields and solid fraction,the hot spot and shrinkage porosity are not found in the bolster casting,so the new casting process is feasible.
