镁合金盒形件充液拉深液压力的研究

摘    要:用有限元模拟软件Marc对镁合金盒形件的充液拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟,讨论了液压力对成形的影响,得出了成形的比较理想的液压加载方式、最大液压力等参数.

Abstract:The forming process of hydro-mechanical deep drawing of the magnesium alloy box parts is simulated with the finite element analysis software-MSC.Marc.In this article,influence of hydraulic pressure on the forming is discussed,and some perfect parameters during forming process,such as the hydraulic pressure loading and the maximum hydraulic pressure,are obtained.
