摘    要:自2000年以来,中国的高等教育消费越来越呈现出阶层分化的特点,尽管各阶层收入在绝对数上都是增长的,但就高等教育费用承受能力而言,高收入群体承受能力越来越强,而低收入群体承受能力越来越差。为体现高等教育的公平和高等教育本身的长远和谐发展考虑,政府有必要采取有力措施来改变这种现状。应该在稳定现有学费水平的同时,加大对低收入群体的补助力度,使低收入群体家庭的子女也能顺利接受高等教育,使我国各阶层群体共享高等教育发展的成果。

Abstract:Higher education consumption in China has been characterized by class division more obviously since the year 2000. Although the income has increased among all social classes, in terms of the bearing capacity of higher education, the high-income group has become stronger while the low-income group has become weaker. In view of the future development of higher education, the government should take effective measures to change this phenomenon. The government should subsidize the low-income group as the pay for higher education is rising. This will ensure that the students from low-income group can receive higher education successfully. Thus, higher education can develop harmoniously.
