| 摘 要： | 本文首次系统完整的报道了从高原深水湖泊中分离、纯化和培养紫色非硫光合细菌 (PNSB)的全过程。与报道的其他培养方法相比 ,此方法分离速度快、效率高 ,不受好氧菌的干扰。本研究室已经成功运用此套方法从云南高原深水湖泊如阳宗海、抚仙湖中分离出近 30 0株PNSB ,并开发生产出光合细菌系列产品 ,在色素提取、水产养殖和污水处理等方面应用取得了显著的效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the whole process of isolation, purification and cultivation of Purple Nonsulfer Bacteria in deep plateau lake were studied. Compared with other isolating methods, this method is more quick and efficient. Besides this, this method could avoid the interference of aerobic bacteria. Through this method, 300 PNSB stains were isolated from deep plateau lake such as Yangzonghai Lake and Fuxianhu Lake in Yunnan Province, and several productions of PNSB were produced, which made the remarkable effect on extraction of pigment, aquaculture and the treatment of wastewater. |
