高层建筑自升式塔吊桩基础的设计与施工

摘    要:针对高层建筑安装自升式塔吊的使用特点进行了分析,从塔吊桩基的设计和施工以及拆除进行了分析论述,提出了塔吊基础的桩型和工程桩型相同的设计方法,并进行了荷载计算和应注意问题的研究,达到了安拆经济,安全的效果,解决了生产厂家的基础设计图同现场工程桩基有效利用的问题,同时也解决了工作状态的非工作状态的荷载判别大的实际问题。

Abstract:In view of the application characteristics of Self ?elevating tower cra ne of a high building, design, construction, and removal of tower crane pile fou ndation are discussed in detail. The design method of pile type of the tower cra ne base which is identical with engineering pile type are put forward. At the sa me time, load calculating and the questions ought to be paid attention to are re serched, therefore, it reaches the effect of economy and safety. Thus both basal design drawing of the produce factory effectively used in on?the?spot removal /fitting and the great load difference in work and non?work status are settled.
