摘    要:以苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯、醋酸铵为原料,并分别以四丁基碘化铵,四丁基溴化铵和十六烷基三乙基溴化铵为相转移催化剂在水溶液中一步合成4-苯基-2,6-二甲基-1,4-二氢吡啶3,5-二甲酸二乙酯。以四丁基碘化铵为催化剂反应温度为90℃,反应时间为7小时,催化剂用量为5%时收率最高达75%,其催化活性高于另外两种催化剂,该方法具有操作简便,无污染,水溶液可以重复使用等优点。

Abstract:Tetrabutylammonium iodide, tetrabutylammonium bromide and cetyhrimethylammonium bromide as pnase transfer catalyst, 4 - Phenyl - 2,6 -dimethyL - 1,4 - dihydropyridine - 3,5 - dimethoxy diethyl was synthesized by one step from benzaldehyde, ethyl acetoacetate, ammonium acetate under aqueous solution. Tetrabutylammonium iodide as catalyst, and the amount of it was 5% , after reacting for 7 h at 90℃ got the highest yield of 75 % and the catalytic activity was higher than the other two catalysts. This method had some advantages such as easy to operate, no pollution, aqueous solution reused, etc..
