| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨第三发电厂3号汽轮发电机组是引进型国产600MW汽轮发电机组，整个轴系由6个转子及2根短轴组成，在安装时，其轴系找中心有一定的困难。为此，总结了轴承安装的经验技巧．介绍了低压转子定位方法。在安装中，对制造厂家有关低压转子联轴器找中心的设计值提出了修正意见，最终保证了在额定工作氢压状态下整个轴系的安装达到要求。

| Abstract: | The shafting of No.3 imported-type Chinese-made 600 MW steam turbo-generator set in Harbin No.3 Power Plant consists of six rotors and two minor axes, and its alignment during installation is of some difficulty. This paper summarizes the experience in shaft assembly and describes the fixation of low pressure rotor. During the installation, amendments were made to the manufacturer's design values on the alignment of LP rotor by coupling, thus ensuring the final success of shafting installation at rated working hydrogen pressure. |
