基于修正单纯形法的圆柱度误差优化评定

摘    要:对圆柱度误差评定理论及应用进行了研究,建立了圆柱度误差评定的规划模型,探讨了误差评定的最小条件判据,提出直接求解规划模型的修正单纯形法,并给出了求解的步骤.最后对实际测量数据进行了误差评定,结果证明,该方法有较高的精度和速度.另外,此评定方法具有很强的通用性,对于其它形状误差的求解提供参考.

Abstract:This paper analyses the theory and application of cylindricity error evaluation, establishes a kind of programming model for evaluation of cylindricity error, and discusses the minimum conditions criterion.The correctional simplex method for direct solution of the programming model is proposed,and the process also is given.Finally, a cylindricity error has been assessed on the measured data, and the calculation results are shown in the paper.By the experiment results,this calculating method has properties such as high precision and high speed.On the other hand, it has wide usability and can be used to calculate errors of other forms.
