| 摘 要： | 钢包整体筑衬技术可以使用浇注法和湿式喷射法，浇柱法用材料主要有Ａ１２Ｏ３－尖晶石系和Ａｌ２Ｏ３－ＭｇＯ系，湿式喷射法用材要注意改进其传送性、耐蚀性和耐爆裂性，尽管钢包整体筑衬的侵蚀速度比砌砖法稍快，但是差别不大。

| Abstract: | The casting method and wet spray process can be applied to the monolithic lining of the steel ladle. The material used for the casting mainly consists of Al 2O 3-spinel system and Al 2O 3-MgO system. In application of the wet spray process efforts have to be made to improve the flowability, corrosion resistance and cracking resistance of the material. slight difference of corrosion rate can be found between the brick lining and monolithic lining although the corrosion rate of the former is lower than that of the later. |
