摘 要: | 采用分析纯的SiO2,H3BO3和天然的锆英石等为主要原料,高温1200℃熔融制备了钙钛锆石基CaO-ZrO2-TiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃陶瓷。采用TG-DTA分析确定了玻璃陶瓷的核化温度和晶化温度分别为737℃和912℃,以升温速率10℃/min进行核化晶化。XRD分析表明玻璃陶瓷相组成为钙钛锆石。SEM观察到样品中有大量粒径在10μm左右的枝状微晶粒析出。

Abstract: | glass was prepared by raw materials,such as SiO2,H3BO3 and ZrSiO4 et al.The TG-DTA results show that the optimal processing regime is nucleation at 737℃for 1 h followed by crystallization at 912℃for 2h with heating rate 10℃/min.The XRD patterns indicate that the main crystalline phases is zirconolite,and the SEM analysis shows there is a large amount of branch shape tiny crystals. |
